⭐ Film & Music Event Licensing Terms & Conditions (These terms apply to non-theatrical church and community screenings only. Separate agreements govern broadcast and institutional licenses.

Preview Film Rental: Licensor makes films and music available for preview through its website for private, personal viewing or listening only. Preview access does not grant any public exhibition or public performance rights. If Licensee chooses not to host an event, preview access remains personal with no further obligation.  [For the film, you may preview it at home by renting it for $12, with access limited to private home viewing.  If you choose not to license a screening, your $12 preview rental remains a standard home-viewing rental with no further obligation.]

 

Event License Process: To host a film screening and/or music event, the licensee must complete the License form and submit payment. Upon confirmation, Licensee will receive an access link and password enabling use of the licensed film and/or music catalog during the applicable event window.

 

Event Access Window: The license grants a seven (7) consecutive-day access window to publicly exhibit the licensed film and/or publicly perform the licensed music, with unlimited screenings or playbacks during that period.  All rights automatically expire at the conclusion of the licensed access window. No access is permitted outside the approved dates.

Single Event Use: This license is valid for one organization and one event window. Any additional event, date, or location requires a new license purchase.

IMPORTANT — When to Purchase Your License: Licensee may promote the event before purchasing the license. Please purchase the license only when you are ready to host the event, as the 7-day access window begins immediately upon delivery of the access credentials. Promotion time is separate and not included within the event window.

Licensed Adults: Kids attend for free. Only adult attendees are counted toward the licensing tier.

 

Revenue Rights:: Your organization may charge any admission or ticket price, accept donations, or offer free entry. You keep 100% of your revenue.

Future Screenings: Each new screening requires purchasing a new license, which provides a new 7-day window.

​

Large-Group Pricing: For groups of 100+ adults, pricing continues at $5 per additional adult.

 

Password Confidentiality: All access credentials are confidential and may not be shared, posted, forwarded, or distributed. Unauthorized sharing constitutes a material breach of this agreement. Licensor reserves the right to revoke access without refund if misuse is detected.

 

No Refunds: All event license fees are non-refundable, including but not limited to cancellations, schedule changes, unused licenses, or failure to use the license within the 7-day window. Please confirm all event details before purchase. An exception may be made solely for verified technical failures that prevent access to the Licensor’s website.

 

Technical Requirements: A stable internet connection is required for streaming. BloomPlay is not responsible for issues related to local Wi-Fi, bandwidth limits, device incompatibility, or other local playback conditions.

 

Event Responsibility: Licensee is responsible for ensuring that only authorized attendees view or hear the licensed content during the event. Any unauthorized distribution or recording constitutes a violation of this agreement.

Permitted Use:-Licensed content may be used only for:

• In-person church or community gatherings

• Film screenings

• Music nights, reflection events, prayer gatherings, or fellowship events

• Background or featured music during the licensed event

​

Prohibited Use-Licensed content may not be:

• Recorded, copied, duplicated, or downloaded

• Live-streamed or broadcast

• Uploaded to any online platform

• Rebroadcast or reused outside the licensed event window

• Shared, sold, or sub-licensed

Artist Acknowledgment & Support (Optional)
Licensee may acknowledge the artist/filmmaker and invite attendees to visit the Licensor’s official website to support the work directly through personal purchases or voluntary support. Such acknowledgment does not grant any right to distribute the licensed content.

​

Ownership & Reservation of Rights: Licensor retains all ownership and intellectual property rights in the licensed film and music. The Licensor reserves all rights not expressly granted.

​

Termination: Any use of the licensed content outside the scope of this agreement constitutes a material breach and results in immediate termination of the license.

​

Governing Principle: This license grants temporary permission for public exhibition and/or performance of licensed content during a defined event window and does not transfer ownership or grant ongoing usage rights.
